Visco walking club together with the management of Biriwa Beach Hotel is working feverishly in readiness for the Saturday 2nd march’s 30km Biriwa Beach Hotel walk.
Over the years, the beach hotel has provided various levels of help to the club and walkers in the country.
It will be recalled that last year, the presented a set of race walking equipment to walkers who took part in the years event, and also hosted foreign guests of the club right within the primacies of the hotel.
Registration is still on going at the Cape-Coast Sports Stadium where walkers are to pay 500 per person.
The club has considerably reduced the participating fee to 500 in memory of its late patron Mr. Baduba a contractor.

Already top walkers have registered for the event and rumors are rife that the ace walker asumang and Ahmed Tijani of the Ghana Armed Forces, Yaw Fordjour have already arrived in Cape –Coast in readiness for the walk.
There will be fantastic prices for walkers who will show good walking technique. Cowbell and Voltic have donated some of their items to support the walk.
