King Faisal coach Carlos Roberto Paulette is set to relinquish his position and join Medeama SC, according deep throat sources.
A grapevine source told finalwhistlegh.com over the weekend that Paulette is particularly worried about Faisal’s lack of ambition hence his resolve to spearhead Medeama’s Africa and domestic campaigns next year.
It is also believed King Faisal have failed to pay Paulette’s salary for the past three months.
Fianlwhistlegh.com learnt that several efforts to persuade club owner and bankroller Alhaji Karim Grusah to sign a top-class striker to solve the King Faisal’s goal scoring problems have yielded fruitless results.
“Discussions have reached an advance stage and hopefully by the end of this week Paulette will be head coach of Medeama SC,” the source who pleaded for strict anonymity told finalwhistlegh.com in a telephone conversation.
Medeama SC since qualifying for the Confederations Cup have made a firm statement as far as signing players is concerned.
They have so far captured five established payers in the Ghana Premier League (GPL), including Michael Helegbe from Champions Asante Kotoko.
