Cape Coast, June 26, GNA - Kumasi King Faisal moved to the top of the GT Premier League Standings, courtesy a 2-1 away victory over Ebusua Dwarfs in their 10th-week match played at the Robert Mensah Sports Stadium.

The Faisal boys are on 21 points, a point better than Hearts of Oak who managed a 1-1 drawn game against Real Sportive. After a goalless first half, in which Dwarfs dominated play but wasted a number of scoring chances, King Faisal resumed the second session strongly and scored the opener through outside right Abubakari Yahuza in the 77th minute.

Faisal continued to pile on pressure and it came as no surprise when in the 85th-minute, substitute Eric Gawu increased the tally to two with a long-range shot. Dwarfs fought back relentlessly but could only pull one back through playmaker Ekow Ghansah in the 88th minute.
