Football fans in Ghana did not have any issues expressing their displeasure at the new logo for the 2018 Ghana Premier League season.
The logo was unveiled at the launch of the new league season at the GFA’s Premises on Monday evening.
A new logo had been in the works for some time especially as fans complained of the previous logo and its similarities to that of of Italy’s Serie B.
On Monday evening, Citi Sports editor Nathan Quao posted a picture of the logo when it was first projected on the screens at the event.
BBnZ rap star, Kojo Cue, joined the conversation and made his opinions public.
With the Ghana Premier League set for the weekend of March 2-4, some observers say that the matches will have to provide a lot of entertainment if the negative talk on the logo will be put to one side.
