The Porcupine Warriors shot-stopper is excited after they completed a home and away win over their bitters rivals on Sunday.
Asante Kotoko goalkeeper Felix Annan has praised his teammates following the 2-0 victory over rivals Hearts of Oak in the second leg of the Super Clash at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium on Sunday.
Two second half goals from Obed Owusu and Emmanuel Gyamfi were enough to hand the hosts another victory, making it 4-0 on aggregate after winning the first leg on the same scoreline.
“Hearts and Kotoko games are always difficult so a win for us is special,” Annan told Otec FM.
“Moreover, it is more than three points for the fans since there's always bragging rights at stake.
“As players, we go into every game with the same way but when you win against Hearts of Oak twice, it is special because of the fans' reactions. Everyone at the club is excited because we have been able to complete a double over them for the first time in several years,” he added.
Kotoko completed a double over the Phobians for the first time in almost two decades.
