Asante Kotoko goalkeeper Felix Annan has set sights on having more clean sheets in the 2017-18 Ghana Premier League season.
The 23-year-old was adjudged the best performer on Sunday when Obed Owusu's header won the game for Kotoko against Inter Allies.
"The win is good news to everybody at the club. We want to build the momentum gradually and then aim higher at what we can win," Annan said.
"Although, I was named man of the match, what makes me excited is the fact that I didn't concede any goal. Every goalkeeper will always hope to help his side to win games and more importantly prevent the opponents to score.
"This season's ambition is to have more clean sheets than the previous campaign. That will surely build my confidence and probably open other doors for me in the long run," he added.
Annan grabbed seven clean sheets last season as Kotoko finished fifth.
