Kpando, May 1, GNA - A brace by Danladi Mohammed powered Feyenoord to a 2-0 victory over Heart of Lions in their fourth-week GT Premier League match played at the Kpando Park on Sunday.

The Feyenoord striker scored in each half to silence the expectant home crowd with the first coming on 18th-minute and the second in the 66th-minute.

Danladi spiked in the first goal during a melee in the "six-yard box" and the goal gingered up the Fetteh boys who assumed complete dominance and drew rings round the heartless Lions. At the other side, Bob Zeo the Liberian import who was adjudged the best player in the LG Top Four competition powered a less volley in the 30th-minute but missed narrowly.

In the 33rd-minute, Zoe broke loose and outpaced two defenders before being brought down in the penalty area for a penalty. The Liberian import shot wide from the spot with goalkeeper McCarthy diving to the other side.

The Feyenoord lads assumed total control in the second half with their sleek inter-positional play and in one of such moves, Danladi thumped in a low one past goalkeeper Abdul Ganiyu to take the game away from the home side.

In the dying minutes, Feyenoord could have multiplied the counts but substitute Adbul Raman wasted two chances to keep the count at 2-0 in favour of the visitors.
