Gomoa Fetteh Feyernood says they are not keen on playing in the Ghana Premier League after their bitter experience of three seasons ago.
The Academy funded by Dutch club Feyernood struggled to cope in the Ghana top flight but have had good success with the players who have come through the academy including Dominic Adiyiah.
But as they prepare for this season's campaign in the First Division, technical director Sam Arday has made it clear qualification to the premier league is nowhere near their top priority.
"The production line is on course and is going well but the premier league is not our priority, Arday said. Our first time was poor so we want to take our time. When the time comes we will get there but until then we are concentrating on producing good players from the academy."
