Former Aduana Stars defender Benjamin Dodzie has reacted with anger to publication Sunyani based self styled journalist that he and his colleagues were decieved when Oseadeayo Agyemang Badu ii of Dormaa Traditional Council promised them a plot of land each after qualifying for premier league football.
Dodzie claimed on Sunday that Raymond Yeboah met him and in a chart inquired about Nana's promise which he told him the authorities are still working on it and thinks Oseadeayo's trip abroad could also be a factor for the delay. The player lamented that , his attention was drawn when a radio station called him that his name has appeared in a publication that he and his colleagues had been decieved and duped fifty Ghana cedis each.'' At first I wanted to teach this Raymond a lesson he wouldn't have forgot even in his grave but was restrained by well wishers when i was told .If Raymond has something against the club why should he used me ?'' he queried.
According to Dodzie who now plays for division one side B A Stars , he is in constant touch with his colleagues at Aduana Stars and some management members and knows what has caused the delay and wondered how he could turn round and say such unprintable words about Oseadeayo Nana Agymang Badu ii.
The rock of gilbraltor ended by issuing 72 hours ultimatum for retraction of the said story by the writer or face legal action by his lawyers.
