Former midfielder of English Premier League side Arsenal, Emmanuel Frimpong has descended heavily on Gunners manager Unai Emery.
His comment comes following the Gunners unimpressive start to the 2019/20 Premier league campaign.
The London based side were beaten 1-0 by newly promoted side Shefield United at Bramall Lane on Monday October 21, a defeat which sent Arsenal outside the top four.
After the game, Ghanaian international Frimpong took to Twitter to lunch a scathing attack on the Gunners manager.
"I am done with Emery", the former Arsenal midfielder tweeted.
The 29-year old also questioned the work rate of some of the Arsenal players.
"Work rate that's all I ask for. What does Xhaka give us", wrote the former Premier League footballer.
"Change full backs, play holding," he added in a further message.
"Look I appreciate chambers is trying his very best as a centre-back but don't you think we need more than that to compete.", Frimpong added.
Emmanuel Frimpong called time on his own playing career in 2019, eight years after making his debut for Arsenal in 2011.
He joined the club at nine years of age and left in 2014 to join Barnsley after three loan moves to Wolverhampton Wanderers, Charlton Athletic and Fulham.
