Four share honours on the League scorers chat

Accra, April 21, GNA - Four players in the on-going GT Premier league now share honours on the scorers chat with two goals each after the second week league matches.

The four are Ekow Ghansah of newly promoted Cape Coast Ebusua Dwarfs, Anthony Annan, the new found mid-fielder of Accra Hearts of Oak, AshantiGold's young striker, Shaibu Yakubu and Kumasi Asante Kotoko's defender, Daniel Acquah.

The other players caught up with Ghansah after netting one goal each in the last mid-week league matches when the former, who had scored two goals in the first week match failed to score in the second week match. Below are the scorers after the second week matches played on Wednesday.

Two (2) Goals :- Ekow Ghansah - (Dwarfs), Shaibu Yakubu - (Ashgold) Anthony Annan - (Hearts), Daniel Acquah - (Kotoko).

One (1) - Michael Amissah - (Dwarfs), Bernard Don Bortey and James Boateng - (Hearts), Danladi Sherif and Mahdi Abubakari - (Feyenoord), Awudu Alhassan - (Hasaacas), Charles Asamoah (Power), Gafaru Abdulai and, Akwesi Soale - (RTU), Obed Ansah - (Lions), Osei Kofi and Sumaila Yahaya (Faisal), Eric Edu, Alex Asamoah and Francis Aggrey - (Arsenal), Nasiru Ghani -(Kotoko), Anas Mohammed - (Hotspurs), Kofi Nsia Boakye - (Liberty), Osei Antwi and Emmanuel Nuhey and John Ainoo - Hasaacas.

Note: The list does not include scorers in the Lions/Faisal match that has been postponed.
