Ghana winger Frank Acheampong found the back of the net in Anderlecht’s 2-0 shocking win over Monaco in the UEFA Europa League on Thursday.
The 22-year-old scored in the 78th minute to give his side a cushioning after slotting the ball past Danijel Subaši? in post having received a long pass from the midfield.
Guillaume Gillet had given Anderlecht the lead in the 45th minute before the Ghanaian international added the second 12 minutes from time.
The win saw the Belgium Club secure maximum points away from home and are on the verge of sealing qualification to the next round of the competition.
Acheampong came off the bench to replace Danielle Praet in the 76th minute.
