Dear Sir,
I write to acknowledge receipt of an invitation extended to us by the Board of Directors and Interim Management Committee of Brong Ahafo United.
In the first place, I wish to inform you that , it is exactly 1 year three months ago since the leadership of B/A United instigated a group of disgruntled hooligans to vandalize the premises of our company.
This act of vandalism perpetuated by your men plunged the Station into serious financial trauma, especially as we had just commenced our operations. As a sign of exemplary leadership, one expected some official condemnation from your quarters, however, nothing came. Your unexpected silence over such barbaric act suggested that those hooligans alleged to be followers of B/A United had your support.
One therefore wonders how your outfit could invite an Institution, owned by people considered enemies of B/A United to a gathering where diagnostic measures are going to be taken so as to shape the destiny of the Club!
In the light of the foregoing, may I respectfully convey to you our decision to decline your invitation. We however, wish you well in future endeavors.
Thank you.
Yours Sincerely,
Ransford Antwi Director/GM
