Former Hearst of Oak striker Gerald Odupong Wellington has revealed that he has not retired from football despite being out of play for a while.
According to him, an injury he sustained some time ago has kept him out of play but believes he is back to full fitness and is ready to feature in the Ghana Premier League.
“I have not stop playing but the issue is that I was nursing some injury. I have been out since because of an injury. I will thank the almighty God because I have recovered and ready to play”
“It is the dream of every player to play for a big club like Kotoko and Hearts but looking at my situations now I think I am ready to play for any of the 18 premier league clubs” he told Bryt FM in an interview.
