GFA Executive Council Approves FA Sub Committees

The Executive Council of the Ghana Football Association has finally approved eighteen sub committees proposed by the management board of the FA.

The sub-committees include the FA’s Finance Committee, which has Kojo Ahlijah as its chairman. The Ghana Football Association would also for the first time have a legal committee headed by Mr K. Ansa Asare.

Ghanaian soccer legend, Abedi Ayew Pele, who is member of the management board of the FA, is to head the juvenile and youth committee.

Abedi Pele is also a co-chairman of the marketing and sponsorship committee.

Professor S.K. Awuah chairs the technical committee, which has coaches Osam Duodu, Kwasi Afranie and Sam Arday as members. The Women’s football committee has DSP.

Helena Cobbina as its Chairperson with Cecilia Anane, the only female on the Executive Council of the Ghana Football Association as a member.
