GFA president Kurt Okraku mourns passing of Ghana football legend Kwasi Owusu.
The president of the Ghana Football Association Kurt Okraku has paid tribute to the late former Ghana international Kwasi Owusu.
Owusu, a member of the Black Stars squad that finished second at AFCON 1970, kicked the bucket on Monday March 30, 2020.
Tributes have been pouring in for the deadly goal poacher who was fondly referred to as ‘PowerHouse’ during his playing days.
The GFA president took to social media to express sadness at the passing of the former Bofoakwa Tano star striker and eulogised his exploits on the football pitch.
He ended by bidding him a peaceful rest.
Owusu’s death comes just a a day after another Ghanaian football legend Opoku Afriyie passed on.
