Former Ghana Under-20 Women’s team Coach, Robert Sackey, has revealed that the Ghana FA has settled his outstanding eleven months’ salary arrears.
“They (GFA) have done what they had promised to do. I am waiting to come during Christmas so I can talk about it because I realized the press doesn’t know. They have taken care of the arrears and I do commend them,” Coach Sackey told Live 91.9FM Sports.
The US based trainer, who was fired in May this year following the Black Princesses’ poor performance at the 2012 FIFA Under-20 World Cup in Japan, was paid the undisclosed amount in June this year.
