Ghana forward Emmanuel Boateng provided an assist for UD Levante in their 2-1 win over Barcelona in the quarter-finals first leg of the Copa Del Rey at the Estadio Ciudad de Valencia on Thursday evening.
Uruguayan right Erick Cabaco handed Levante the initiative with just four minutes on the clock after connecting to Ruben Rochina's sleek pass.
Levante stunned the Blaugrana in the 18th minute when on-loan Real Madrid forward Borja Mayoral beautifully tapped in Emmanuel Boateng's cross to make it 2-0.
But the visitors pulled a goal back through Philippe Coutinh's late penalty strike.
Boateng lasted for 62 minutes whiles his compatriot Raphael Dwamena warmed the bench for the Frogs.
He has scored one goal with an assist for Levante this season.
