GOC sets date for elections

The Ghana Olympic Committee (GOC), has set March 15, 2017 for its next congress.

The current administration has come under intense criticism by heads of some sporting federations who believe Professor Francis Dodoo and his team are holding on to power, as well as supervising an alleged misappropriation of funds at the GOC.

At an extraordinary congress last Saturday, all members agreed on the said date and, they further agreed on December 17, to be the date on which the Elections Committee, Disputes and Disciplinary Committee and other modalities shall be considered.
