The 2016/17 Ghana Premier League match day five clash between Ebusua Dwarfs and Medeama SC scheduled for the 5th March has been postponed to 6th March, 2017, Sportscrusader.com can confirm.
The coordinator of the Cape Coast Stadium, Mr Abaidoo Wilson, made this revelation to sportscrusader.com in an interview, as he explained that, the stadium is scheduled to host a national program on the same match day.
“It is true the match has been postponed, as part of Ghana’s 60th anniversary there will be a program at the stadium as we usher in the celebration,” he told Sportscrusader.
He added: “The stadium is not hosting any church program as purported in the local media, as they day for program had already been scheduled long before the Dwarfs clash.”
