Orebro SK guardsman Samuel Mensah believes his side can upset AIK at their Friends Arena (Solna) home grounds in the Swedish Allsvenskan.

Orebro are aiming to make it two wins in two away games this season after pipping Halmstad 2-1.

“The game this weekend is going to be a tough one for us because we want to continue our winning ways after beating Halmstad and Mjallby,” the 24-year-old told Goal Ghana. “Our opponents [AIK] were shocked in their first home game but they have bounced back with an away win so they've fully recovered ahead of the game.”

He added: “AIK is a difficult team to beat but I believe we can shock them as well. Our coaches have taken us through series of tactical approaches throughout the week, I'm expecting a wonderful game on Sunday".”

Mensah believes Orebro, who are second on the log, can “cause surprises this season”.

The Ghanaian is playing his first season for Orebro SK in the Swedish top-flight joining them from Östersunds FK after having played two seasons in the lower division. He is a product of Right to Dream Academy and was a senior in the academy to Black Stars striker Abdul Majeed Waris before leaving Ghana for Sweden.
