Ghana Arm Wrestling Federation to commence activities on Saturday

Beginning this weekend, barring any unforeseen circumstances, the Ghana Arm wrestling Federation (GAF) would kick-start series of health and sporting activities, President of the body, Charles Osei Asibey has said.

Speaking to myradio360.com, yesterday, Barrister Osei Asibey, disclosed that starting Saturday, 5th November 2016, the federations will commence its activities with a keep fit exercise at the EL- Wak Sports stadium and the Kawu Kudi Park at 37, all in Accra.

This, he said, will be done to promote to the benefits of frequent exercise and the public involvement, and also knowledge the Arm wrestling sport.

Koforidua, in the Eastern region will also have its feel of GAF activities on 25th November 2016, as the federation would be storming the town for a major Arm wrestling competition.
