Issa Ahmed of Kotoko - who came to replace disappointing Kofi Amponsah - and Hamza won the match for us. Hamza?s appearance ensured that Appiah moved forward and this helped.
Some of the professionals were disappointing to say the least. However, I was impressed with the work-rate of Abubakari Yakubu of Ajax fame, Appiah, John Mensah. Team performance was not very good, but glimpses of individual brilliance.
I also think the locals made a strong case for themselves, and need to be given the chance to play. The Coach also needs our support as he strives to instil discipline in the team

?At a point in the game I was afraid we might not get back into the game because of the nature of the pitch and our players were playing poorly in the first half.
