Ghana Premier League sides make up the quartet for this year's MTN FA Cup semi-final.
Giants Asante Kotoko became the latest to confirm their slot after a controversial 2-1 win over Division One League side Nea Salamina on Wednesday.
They have joined rivals Hearts of Oak, Wa All Stars and Medeama.
The draw will be conducted on 22 August at the M Plaza Hotel in Accra.
Semi-final matches have been fixed for the weekend of 30 September and 1 October.
The final of this season's MTN FA Cup has been fixed for Sunday, 29 October.
