Ghana U20 set To Demolish Tunisia Side;

Ghana’s Under-20 female will engage Tunisia Under-20 girls counterpart in the last round of the world cup qualifers to Japan.

The Black Princesses as they are normally known, have been trimming the rough edges ahead of the first leg of the final qualifying round for the FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup against Tunisia this week.

Head coach Robert Sackey and his young ladies will battle their Tunisia opponent on an astro turf as the North African opponent want to use astro turf to outwit our ladies. The match will be played in far away Tunisia on May 4.

The return leg of the qualifying will take place on 20th May at the Accra Sport stadium. The team reached this stage after dispatching South Africa 5-0 on aggregrate . They made their World Cup debut in the Germany 2010 U-20 Women’s World Cup finals and are hoping to play in their second consecutive World Cup to be staged in Japan later in August.
