Hearts of Oak board member, Alhaji Akambi, has rained curses on referee Prince Amoah after his side drew 3-3 with Aduana Stars in a Premier League fixture on Wednesday.
It was an intriguing duel as the Phobians had to come back three times to pick a point against the Dormaa giants.
The referee was heavily criticized, as late in game, the Accra giants were denied what should have been a clear penalty after Emmanuel Akuoko stamped the chest of Thomas Abbey in Aduana’s penalty box.
But according to Alhaji Akambi, the referee who is a Police officer don’t deserve to be a referee.
“Referee Prince Amoah is a disgrace, he doesn't deserve to be a referee,” Akanbi angrily said on Happy FM.
“His performance was very poor. This morning what I will tell him is that he will not progress in life. His family will be disappointed in him in putting up such performance.”
After 26 games, the Phobians are third on the log sheet with 44 points, while Aduana Stars top the table with 48 points.
