Uriah Asante signs for EGS Gasfa

Former Hearts of Oak player Uriah Asante has signed for Tunisian outfit EGS Gasfa but will be eligible to play for them in December.

Asante is available on a free transfer after terminating his contract with Etoile du Sahel this month.

But the Tunisian Football Federation has refused to grant the license to the EGS Gasfa because of administrative problems.

Asante joined Etoile in the summer of 2012 for a three-year period and later loaned to Romanian side Astra but had to terminate his contract.
