The coach of Senegal Alain Giresse insists Ghana and Algeria who participated in the 2014 World Cup are top notched sides and his charges must have good preparations before facing them at Afcon 2015.
Senegal, South Africa, Ghana and Algeria are paired in Group C in next month's Nations Cup which will be held in Equatorial Guinea and the unit is considered as the toughest.
“Group C is tough and solid because Senegal will face three good teams. Yet there is no bad or small teams in this CAN,” Giresse told the press.
“We need good preparation for each match because each game will be of great importance. Ghana and Algeria who were at the last World Cup will be a notch, in addition they had very good qualification campaign and South Africa also remains good.”
“We will do our best. The most important is that we get ready, because football is based on a lot of things,” he added.
