Ghana forward Michael Baidoo continued his impressive form in the UEFA Europa League, scoring his second consecutive penalty for Elfsborg in their 4-3 defeat against Galatasaray.

Despite the Swedish side's loss, Baidoo's composed finish from the spot kept his team in the contest, marking a standout performance for the 24-year-old.

Baidoo's goal came in the second half after a VAR review confirmed a handball in the box by Galatasaray’s Barış Yılmaz. Calm under pressure, Baidoo sent goalkeeper Günay Güvenç the wrong way, scoring in back-to-back European matches. His contribution helped spark a valiant Elfsborg fightback after trailing 3-0 at halftime.

Though the Swedish side couldn’t complete their comeback, Baidoo’s recent form has been a bright spot in Elfsborg’s Europa League campaign.
