Birmingham,UK -- Ghanaian international sprinter Eric Nkansah has said, Ghana can win medals in Abuja and Paris if we prepare very well.
Speaking in Birmingham after he was eliminated from the mens 60m semi-finals, Nkansah said, the only thing that could prevent this is poor preparation.

If we prepare and motivate athletes, I can guarantee that there would be medals for Ghana this year.
