Ghana head coach Jones Attuqyuayefio is gradually welcoming his Europe-based men into camp ahead of the World Cup qualifier with Liberia.

Jones is relieved as his expected foreign based players roll into camp, except Stephen Appiah of AC Parma, whose coach Arrigo Saachi seems determined for him to play in their Italian Cup match and Charles Amoah who's just been signed on by Austrian Side Sturm Graz.

Appiah is expected to join up tomorrow and, according to Jones, he needs all his foreign based stars for this particular game.

Amoah's chances of coming down for this match are uncertain with his new side not ready to release their new signing who hasn't had more than two weeks with his club. But he is still expected tomorrow.

At the training grounds of the Black Stars yesterday, one of Jones' key men for the match, Samuel Osei Kuffour, was around to train with his colleagues.

Fernabache based defender Sam Johnson was there together with Kwame Ayew and Yaw Preko, who took advantage of troubles in the Turkish league over TV rights to get down early for the game against Liberia on Sunday.

German based Otto Addo is expected to arrive tomorrow, which would be good news for Jones who is hoping to have all his foreign based players available for the game.

Liberia's top player George Weah is expected in town tonight from his French base. Some of the Lone Stars are already in town but reside in a secret camp outside Accra. Those in, include Prince Daye, goalkeeper Louis Criter and James Debbah.

They had as at yesterday evening not reported to the team Hotel provided by the Ghanaian F.A.
