Pressure is mounting on coach Maxwell Konadu to leave his Black Stars B role after the team's failure to book a place at next year's CHAN tournament.
The Black Stars B failed to take advantage of a 2-2 draw in the first leg as they suffered a painful 2-1 defeat in Kumasi last Sunday.
This is the second time Maxwell has failed to qualify the team and many feel enough is enough.
But Eddie Doku who is chairman of the Black Stars B thinks Maxwell Konadu leaving is the not the solution.
"We need to be very fair with ourselves, Maxwell Konadu is not in charge of the Black Stars, the head coach is Kwasi Appiah," he said
"So it will not be fair for Ghanaians to blame Maxwell but I am also not saying we should blame Kwasi Appiah."
The team will engage in the West Africa Football Union tournament Ghana starting from September 9 to 22.
