Ghana’s forward Eric Warden has officially joined Greek second-tier side; Olympiakos Volos on a year deal, the club announced the deal on Friday.
“PAE Olympiakos Volos announces the acquisition of 23 year old (12/13/1992) Ghanaian striker Eric Warden. He joined the club from Levadiakos, he previously played for clubs like Fokika, Iraklis Psachna and Celta B,” a statement from the club’s website.
Warden who joined the Volos based club from Levadiakos before penning down a year deal had a successful medical on Friday and was unveiled by the club shortly after putting pen to paper.
The second-tier side has set a season target as their quest to seal a qualification into the Greek Super League will be boosted with the signing of the 23 year old Ghanaian hit man who scored 6 goals during his loan spell at Iraklis Pschana in last season’s Greek football league.
