Ghana's friendly against Guinea cancelled
Ghana’s international friendly against Guinea this Saturday has been cancelled, the Ghana FA has confirmed.
The match, which was fixed for Paris, France, was meant to prepare the Black Stars for next month's 2017 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier.
A statement on the Ghana FA website read: "This decision was taken after the Guinean Football Federation pulled out of the game to enable them resolve some internal problems.
"The Ghana Football Association will announce further plans for the senior national team before their qualifying match to be played on June 5."
The Black Stars need a draw against Mozambique to seal a place in the 2017 AFCON finals in Gabon.
