Black Stars remain unchanged in 38th as a lack of international matches reflects in the May edition of the FIFA/Coca-Cola World Ranking.
According to FIFA, no fewer than 143 teams have retained their April ranking in the latest rankings released on Thursday.
Ghana, finalist at the 2014 World Cup in Brazil maintain their point build-up of 713 points.
The Black Stars are still fourth on the continental ranking table. Ivory Coast are in the lead followed by Egypt and Algeria in that order.
World champions, Spain are still number one as Ghana's group opponents at the World Cup, Germany and Portugal remain in second and third places.
