The U.K. walking association has invited the Visco Walking Club to participate in a number of competitions between 25th and 18th July 2004.It can be recalled that seven(7)walkers embarked on a similar journey to the U.K in December last year and returned on 7th January 2004.The unfortunate situation however was the fact that the group returned without much to talk about due to the unfavorable weather condition that they faced.A similar invitation was sent to the club as part of its preparation towards the world walking cup in April this year which we could not honor.
