Executive Council member Nana Oduro Sarfo has rubbished reports that some members of the ExCo have opposed the FA’s plans to launch a passion-igniting campaign for the Black Stars’ African Cup qualifying campaign.
“All the rumors coming up are the figment of someone’s imagination. no ExCo member has opposed #BringBackTheLove campaign” Berekum Chelsea General manager said in an interview with Asempa FM.
The campaign, hash-tagged #BringBackTheLove is aimed at igniting passion and galvanising support for the Black Stars as they seek to redeem themselves after their disappointing showing at the 2019 AFCON in Egypt.
Players, coaches and executives of the GFA will take centre stage as the GFA partners the media to drive the campaign.
The GFA will announce further details on the #BringBackTheLove Campaign as the Black Stars’ match with South Africa in the 2021 AFCON qualifiers approaches.
