Ghanaian defender Leeroy Owusu joins Dutch side Willem II

Dutch-born Ghanaian defender Leeroy Owusu has joined Dutch Eredivisie side Willem II, GHANASoccernet.com can exclusively report.

The 23-year old joins the club on a three-year deal after ending his stay with De Graafschap.

The former Ajax Academy graduate and Excelsior man was in fine form for De Graafschap before the season was cancelled, scoring three(3) and providing five assists in 29 appearances.

His replacement at De Graafschap have already identified and with reports saying the club have started negotiations with Julian Lelieveld who plays for Vitesse Arnheim.
