Ghanaian forward Kelvin Boateng was outstanding for First Vienna FC in their league match against SK Rapid Vienna Amateur in the Austrian 2. Liga.
The 24-year-old bagged a hat-trick after scoring all the goals in First Vienna's 3-1 victory at the Hohe Warte Stadium on Friday evening.
The home side was up and running as early as the first minute when Boateng put them ahead after connecting with a pass from Christoph Monschein.
Boateng doubled the advantage for First Vienna a few minutes later after he was set up by defender Jurgen Bauer.
With five minutes remaining in the first half, Boateng scored again to seal his hat-trick, increasing the tally for First Vienna following an assist from David Ungar.
Defender Dominic Vincze pulled one back for Rapid in the 85th minute after Tobias Hedl had missed a penalty kick in the first half.
Boateng has now scored four goals after six appearances in the Austrian second-tier league since the beginning of the 2024-25 campaign.
