English Premier League side, West Ham United, are set to appoint former Chelsea manager, Graham Potter, as the club's new head coach.

According to a report filed by renowned transfer journalist, David Ornstein, the English manager will sign a two-year contract with the Hammers, keeping him at the club until 2027.

If confirmed, Potter will become the third manager to coach Ghanaian star Mohammed Kudus within two years at the Hammers.

The former Brighton and Hove Albion manager will replace Spanish coach, Julen Lopetegui, who has been sacked by West Ham after nearly a year in charge.

Lopetegui joined the Hammers in May 2024, signing a two-year contract to replace David Moyes after his deal expired at the end of the 2023/2024 season.

The 58-year-old leaves with West Ham United positioned in the bottom half of the Premier League table, sitting 14th, with 23 points.

During his tenure, he guided the team to 6 wins, 5 draws, and 9 defeats in 20 Premier League matches.
