Greater Accra Rugby League Results

Accra, March 29, GNA - Rugby fans were thrilled to an exciting competition at the maiden edition of the Greater Accra Region Rugby League, which commenced at the Athletics Oval, University of Ghana, Legon.

The league, which is under the sponsorship of the Greater Accra Rugby Association (GARA) saw Tema Anchors trashing Accra Sharks 5-0, with the match between Dansoman Hurricanes and Accra Warriors ending in a deadlock.

Cosmos Buffalo from Abeka trounced Nungua Sky Hawks 15-0, whilst the match between Ketu Lions and Teshie Spartans was called off. The all-play-all league will continue on Saturday at the same venue with attractive fixtures.
