Black Stars skipper Asamoah Gyan could score his 50th goal for Ghana in the game against Comoros after showing signs of recovering from the injury that prevented him from starting the first leg in Moroni.
Gyan, who plays his club football with ambitious Chinese side Shanghai SIPG is Ghanas highest goal scorer for with 48 goals.
The former Sunderland man will get an opportunity to become the first ever Ghanaian player to reach 50 goals for the nation when they take on Comoros on Tuuesday.
Gyan played only ten minutes in the first leg which ended 0-0 in Moroni but is looking sharp and in line to start the second leg in Kumasi.
Giving his impact from the bench in the first leg many would bet against the prolific goal scorer reaching the 50 goal land mark in the game against Comoros on Tuesday.
