Heart of Lions Promotions to bounce back soon

They have not staged a promotion since their maiden event nearly two years ago but Godwin Kwame Ahiakpor, famously nicknamed Victor Abramovich says his Heart of Lions Promotions syndicate are still in the game and will soon bounce back with unique promotions to revive the sport as a whole in this country.

Ahiakpor cites commitment to his football club as the distraction from boxing activities but insists his outfit are not turning their backs on the fistic sport.

“No way am I abandoning boxing, we are still in the fraternity and committed to the development of the sport. My boxers are all in good shape and are well taken care of, Dodzi Kemeh, Sena Agbeko and Osumanu Akaba are all doing well,” Ahiakpor told this paper.

The founder, owner and bankroller of Heart of Lions, continued: “It’s like the Premier League football took a lot of our time but it doesn’t mean we have abandoned boxing. We are still in the game and soon we shall organize a big show, all boxing lovers should watch out.
