Accra Hearts of Oak's Caf Confederation Cup match against Senegalese side Olympique de Ngor has been moved to a new venue, as the home side hope to overturn their 2-1 deficit to make it to the next stage of the competition.
The Phobians’ official mouthpiece, Hearts News, confirmed the relocation of the match venue on Wednesday.
Stade Caroline Faye located in the heart of M'Bour which has a capacity of 6,000 will host the crunch game.
The official reason given for the change of venue was poor lighting facilities at Ngor's 10,000 seater stadium in Dakar.
M'Bour is located in the Thies Region, 80 kilometres away from the capital Dakar and the Phobians will travel by road, Hearts News said.
The Stade Caroline Faye hosted the Ghana U-20 Group B matches at the 2015 Africa Youth Championship last month.
The Phobians have been bolstered by the return of skipper Owusu Bempah and goalkeeper Mutawakilu Seidu who were all part of the Ghana Black Satellites team.
Accra Hearts of Oak won the maiden edition of the Caf Confederation Cup in 2004/2005 after defeating archrivals Kumasi Asante Kotoko on penalties.
