Hearts MD tells playing body to stay focused

Accra Hearts of Oak acting Managing Director (MD) Vincent Sowah- Odotei called on the playing body to stay focused for the reminder of the Ghana Premier league (GPL) season and not be distracted by external factors.

With three games to end the season, the Phobians are six points behind the leaders Wa All Stars and will have to win all their remaining games to have a chance of winning the competition.

And this Mr Odotei has charged the players to focus on starting with this Sunday’s fixture in Accra against Ebusua Dwarfs.

He called on the players to listen to whatever the management, Board and coaches tell them as they are the ones that matter and have their interest at heart.

Mr Odotei told the club’s official newspaper, the Hearts News that they have great plans of making Accra Hearts of Oak a very great team.

He urged the players not to listen to what outsiders say and believes with this spirit the team can go on to attain great heights.

Hearts will play two home games in Accra against Ebusua Dwarfs and Medeama SC before ending their campaign with an away encounter against New Edubiase United at Bekwai.
