Hearts Of Oak's assistant coach, Edward Nii Odoom, believes their lost to Inter Allies on Matchday 14 in the Zylofon Cash premier league was as a result of injured players.
Hearts Of Oak haven’t found their feet this term having lost seven out of 14 games so far, a performance which have raised eyebrows and also caused fans to be furious and agitated to see their team under-perform.
Despite their injury concerns in camp, Nii Odoom hipped praises on the team performance despite dropping valuable points.
“We have a whole lot of injuries in our team, so you could see we brought 16 players instead of the usuall 18. Malik is even injured but he was on the bench.
“But hey, after all we didnt disgrace ourselves we played a very good game with one striker, he claimed.
This season has been a disturbing one for the former CAF champions league winners.
