Accra, Jan 19 GNA - Accra Hearts of Oak Sporting Club Limited has sent a congratulatory message to Mr Kudjo Fianoo on his confirmation as the substantive Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Ashgold Sporting Club Limited.
The message signed by Mr Ashford Tettey Oku, Administrative Manager of the Club said Hearts received with joy and happiness the good news that "You have passed the litmus test for the Board of Ashgold to confirm your appointment as the new substantive CEO".
It said in occupying a seat once graced by accomplished soccer administrators like the late Sam Ansah Okyere and Kojo Nunoo among others, "It is clear in our minds that that you really appreciate the enormity of the task ahead of you, being a gentleman in your prime". The message said there may be more daunting task in relation to his additional responsibility as a member of the Ghana Football Association (GFA) Executive Committee.
It said, "Nevertheless, we can vouch for your sense of pragmatism, confidence and efficiency to serve very well your Club and Ghana football and also improve upon the very cordial relationship between Ashgold and Hearts of Oak".
