Hearts draw to upstage Kotoko at the top

Accra Hearts of Oak could only draw goalless at Bechem but still go top, ahead of rivals Asante Kotoko.

The Phobians lead their rivals, who play later tonight by one point going into the final round of matches for the first round.


In a game that Hearts were tipped to have romped in the goals, they could only see a goal scored by Mahatma Otoo against the relegation threatened side disallowed in the first half by referee Reginald Lathbridge.

Hearts would now be hoping their lead is not temporal rather, remain tops ahead of the final games over the weekend.
