Hearts of Oak coach C.K. Akunnor insists finishing the season with a silverware remains their target as they turn their sights to the FA Cup.

After failing to win the premier league, the Phobians are aiming to complete a difficult season as high as possible in the Cup competition as they prepare to meet Elmina Sharks on Sunday at the Accra Sports Stadium.

For Akunnor, the sole priority for the remainder of the season is to win every match in all competitions.

The Phobians are tipped to march over the Division One campaigners and reach the quarter-finals of the FA Cup competition.

But Akunnor is guarding against complacency though he is contemplating trying out some fringe players.

"We can say confidently that for once, every player is fighting for his position as there are no automatic places and that is very good for us, maybe just maybe, I might be forced to try out some equally good players who have not had a chance in the team these few days," the Hearts coach said.

"But the bottom line is that we must win at all cost to move to the next stage of the competition. Winning the FA Cup is non-negotiable," he added.

Last season, the Phobians were eliminated in the Round of 32 stage of the competition when Berekum Arsenal beat them on penalties.
