Ghanaian giants Accra Hearts of Oak have named four players to compete for the club’s Player of the Month of March Award.
The star-performer selected by the club’s fans through digital votes will receive a special award.
New signings Joseph Esso and Benjamin Agyare are challenging midfield dynamo Malik Akowuah and Daniel Sarkodie for the coveted prize.
Esso, signed from Dwarfs, has scored twice in three games for the 20-time Ghana Premier League title winners.
Akowuah won the MVP in the Phobians impressive 2-0 win over Dwarfs in Cape Coast on Thursday.
Sarkodie and Agyare have both put up impressive performances for Henry Wellington’s men.
